Ever Decide to Decide to Open a Shop? Consider These Things First!
Okay. So you’ve decided to open a shop. Good for you. I love retailing and believe that provided you’re operating in a niche market, tucked away in the shade out of the dazzling lights of the multi-retailers, then you really can build a successful business.
To have any chance of success, you’re going to have to give careful consideration to what I call the three `Ps’, which include:
- Position.
- Promotion.
- Price.
